Can I get a sample?

Do you do price breaks? 

Yes! Price breaks are listed on every product page, but if you’d like to discuss custom breaks, we are happy to do so. Just email us at support@goodsmartusa.com

How much does shipping cost? 

Domestic Standard U.S. shipping is free for orders over $100 and there is a $8 flat rate economy fee for orders under $65. We do not ship internationally at this time.

How long will it take to ship my order? 

All orders are shipped from our third party fulfillment partner within 24 to 48 ours and are shipped via DHL/USPS, FedEx or UPS. 

Once picked up by the carrier, standard shipping transit time is 3-7 business days depending on your region.  

What if I need my order sooner? 

Need it in a rush? Please contact us at support@goodsmartusa.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

My package never arrived / is damaged, who do I reach out to? 

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@goodsmartusa.com.

What is your return and refund policy? 

If you aren't completely happy with your products, email or call us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund your order.
