Can I get a sample?

We offer a free sample service on all menu cover products.

You can request one sample unit per product, up to 5 samples per sample order.

You only pay for shipping (usually <$20 if choosing UPS Ground shipping option)

To request samples, use the "Get a Sample" button for each product where you wish to request a sample, and add the list of samples you wish to receive in the "Order special instructions" box on the shopping cart page.

How much does shipping cost? 

We ship within the contiguous United States using UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, and UPS Next Day Air Saver.

Orders are fulfilled the same business day or the next business day in all cases.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated live at checkout based on the distance from our New York warehouse and the weight of your order. UPS delivers in 1–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the service you choose.

You’ll receive UPS tracking by email as soon as your order ships. Carrier delays (weather, peak season, etc.) are outside our control.

How long will it take to ship my order? 

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1 business day and are shipped via UPS. 

Once picked up by the carrier, transit time is 1-7 business days depending on your chosen shipping speed.

What if I need my order sooner? 

Need your orders in a rush? We offer UPS Next Day Air Saver option at checkout. If you need an ultra-express service then please email us at support@goodsmartusa.com or call us at 585-232-8099 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

My package never arrived or is damaged, who do I reach out to? 

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please email us at support@goodsmartusa.com or call us on 585-232-8099

What is your return and refund policy? 

If you aren't completely happy with your products, contact us within 30 days of receipt.
