Returns and Refunds Policy

Eligibility

Item must be in the same condition received: unused and in the original packaging.  In addition, receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@goodsmartusa.com to request a return.
  2. Wait for our reply. If accepted, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
  3. The cost of the prepaid label will be deducted from your refund.
  4. You must ship the item back within 14 days of receiving the return label.
  5. Ship your return to: Goodsmart USA, 50 Carlson Road, Rochester, NY, 14610

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not charge restocking fees on any returns.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom products (special orders or custom-created items)
  • Sale items or gift cards

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return whether the refund was approved.

If approved, a refund to your original payment method will be issued within 10 business days.
