Returns and Refunds Policy

Eligibility

  • Item must be in the same condition received: unused and in the original packaging.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@goodsmartusa.com to request a return.
  2. Wait for our reply. If accepted, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
  3. The cost of the prepaid label will be deducted from your refund.
  4. You must ship the item back within 14 days of receiving the return label.
  5. Ship your return to:

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not charge restocking fees to any returns.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom products (special orders or custom-created items)
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  • We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return whether the refund was approved.
  • If approved, a refund to your original payment method will be issued within 10 business days.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please email support@goodsmartusa.com.
