Returns and Refunds Policy
Eligibility
- Item must be in the same condition received: unused and in the original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@goodsmartusa.com to request a return.
- Wait for our reply. If accepted, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
- The cost of the prepaid label will be deducted from your refund.
- You must ship the item back within 14 days of receiving the return label.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We do not charge restocking fees to any returns.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Custom products (special orders or custom-created items)
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
- We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return whether the refund was approved.
- If approved, a refund to your original payment method will be issued within 10 business days.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please email support@goodsmartusa.com.
