Shipping Information

Shipping is calculated dynamically at checkout based on:

  • Distance from our New York warehouse to your address
  • The weight and dimensions of your order
  • The UPS service you select

You’ll see live UPS prices and estimated delivery dates before you place your order.

 

Tracking & UPS services offered

We ship all orders with UPS. Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

  • UPS Ground: Arrives 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on distance from New York.
  • UPS 3 Day Select: Arrives 3 business days after dispatch to most destinations.
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver: Arrives next business day after dispatch to most major metropolitan areas.

UPS estimates are not guaranteed by Goodsmart USA, and carrier delays (weather, peak periods, etc.) are outside our control. Other menu cover providers may inflate shipping costs, but at Goodsmart USA we only charge you the shipping cost set by UPS.

 

Customised Menu Cover orders

We pride ourselves on providing exceptionally fast turnaround on customisation services. We ship customised covers in 5 business days, with a "rush" service available where we ship in 2-3 business days for an additional $250 fee. See our Customisation Services page for details.

 

Damages and returns

Please inspect packages on arrival. If items are damaged or missing, contact us within 30 days with photos of:

  • The outer packaging
  • The shipping label
  • The damaged or missing contents

We’ll file a carrier claim and once verified we will arrange a replacement or refund.
