We know it can be hard to choose finishes, sizes and colours from a screen alone. That’s why we offer free menu cover samples - you just pay shipping - subject to the below.
How to order samples
- Go to the product page of the menu cover you’re interested in.
- Click the “Get a sample” button on that product page.
- Add your chosen sample variants to the cart.
- In the “Order special instructions” box in your cart, clearly confirm which samples you are requesting (see example format below).
Sample rules
- Samples are free; you just pay shipping.
- We will ship a maximum of 5 menu covers as samples per order.
- You may order more than one sample from the same product, but they must be different variants – for example different colors, sizes, or view counts.
- We will ship 1 unit per variant, even if the website allows you to add multiple quantities of the same variant to your cart. Example: if you add quantity “3” of the exact same variant, we will still ship 1 of that variant as a sample.
What to write in the “Order special instructions” box
To make sure we send the correct samples, please list each requested sample using: Product title (e.g. “Executive: 2-view”), Color, and Size. Use a clear, line-by-line format like this:
- Executive 2 view – Black, 8.5" x 11"
- Executive 2 view – Burgundy, 8.5" x 11"
- Executive 2 view – Black, 8.5" x 14"
- Service 2 view bar style – Black, 4.25" x 11"
- Signature 10 view – Green, 8.5" x 11"
If the information in your order is unclear, we will call or email you to confirm your requested samples before shipping.
Please note that we are unable to provide sample orders for logo-customized menu cover products given the upfront cost and effort required. We can however provide a standard non-customized sample as per the policy above.
