Where we ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada from our warehouse in Upstate New York.
Processing time
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping methods and transit times
All orders ship via UPS. You'll see live rates at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Available services:

Total delivery time = 1 business day processing + transit time above.
Shipping costs
- Rates are calculated live at checkout based on distance from our New York warehouse and order weight.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $200 (U.S. only).
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you automatically once your order ships.

If UPS Next Day Air Saver doesn't meet your timing, email support@goodsmartusa.com or call 585-232-8099 and we'll arrange expedited options where possible.
Lost or damaged packages
Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@goodsmartusa.com or 585-232-8099. We'll work with UPS to resolve the claim and get a replacement to you.
International orders (outside U.S. and Canada)
We do not currently ship outside the U.S. and Canada. For special requests, please contact us directly.
